Youth and Community Development Manager

Join us in leading Cadillac Urban Gardens’ youth and community programs centered on environmental education, food justice, and sustainable urban farming. This role manages initiatives such as Grow Detroit’s Young Talent (GDYT), 4-H, and related educational programs while developing partnerships, leading environmental STEM programming, and mentoring youth leaders. This is an onsite position.
The ideal candidate is an experienced youth educator or community leader with strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of Detroit’s neighborhoods, and a passion for advancing environmental justice through hands-on learning. Spanish proficiency is preferred to support CUG’s bilingual participants and families.
